Terms
What our listings are, and what they are not.
Listings are information, not recommendations
A listing means a firm appears in Google's results for that project type and metro area. It is not an endorsement, a warranty, or any guarantee about the work. You contract with the firm directly and we are not party to that contract. Check a contractor's license, insurance and references yourself before you sign.
No firm pays to be listed
Firms do not pay to be listed or ranked, and we do not earn a fee or commission when you hire one.
Prices are ranges, not quotes
Every price on this site is our own indicative range for comparison. It is not an offer and not a quote. The only price that binds anyone is the written bid or contract you receive from the firm.
Getting something corrected
If a listing is wrong, tell us through thesuggestions and corrections form and we will look into it.
