What this form is for
Three kinds of message.
A firm that is missing
If a firm does this kind of work in a metro we cover but is not on the list, send its name and website. It is checked against the same method as every other firm on the page: Google's results for that project type and city, ordered by Google rating weighted by review count.
A listing that is wrong
A wrong phone number, address, website or photo, or a firm that has closed or stopped doing this kind of work. Corrections are checked and made by hand.
Taking your firm off the site
If your firm is listed and you would rather it was not, say so and it will be removed.
Send a suggestion or a correction
Name the firm, the project type and the city. There is no automatic reply: every message is read by a person and answered by email where one is needed.
Thanks, that's with us. Every message is read by a person, and if it needs a reply, it comes by email.
Where firms appear
Firms are listed on the page for their project type in each metro, up to 10 to a page.
Common questions
Can a firm pay to be listed or to move up?
No. Firms cannot pay to be listed, ranked higher or featured, and there are no sponsored placements.
How is the order on each page decided?
By Google rating weighted by the number of Google reviews, the same figures that show on each listing. The full method is on the How firms are chosen and ranked page.
What if a firm works across several metros?
Each metro has its own page for each project type, and the firms on it come from Google's results for that project type in that city.
